If these devs really cared about piracy that much they would only release games on the PS3 as its still pretty much 100% pirate proof. I see that BF 3 is up to download for PC and 360 already.

Those people who are using the excuse about online passes have got it wrong.
Whilst piracy is obviously bad what about the massive loss to the industry from second hand sales. Devs dont see a any of that money. Just shops that charge a fortune for second hand copies. Why any idiot pays a few pounds less than the full price for a second hand game is beyond me. But people do and that means a full sale is lost there. I dont see anyone complaining about that.

Most people are right its not about graphics. but its still a FPS. Thing is things have moved on a long way in the FPS world. This really will have to be something special.

So Fallout, Demons Souls, Just cause 2, Little big planet 1 and 2, Red dead Redemption, Elder scrolls Oblivion, Singstar, Gran Turismo 5, Infamous, Uncharted 1 and 2....... the list goes on.
