I assume poker, horseshoes, duels, etc. are also too complicated for online?
All I know is that I currently don't have much interest in Natal, and unless their E3 press conference can change my mind, I am not going to buy it if it is $150.
The game starts out a little slow in my opinion, But once I got about 1/4th of the way through the game, it really picked up, and I was barely able to make myself stop playing.
I got the PS3 version because that's what my friends have. I care more about the fact that I have to use R2 to shoot than the hardly noticeable difference in graphics.
I feel like I am the only one that doesn't notice the difference.
It's a great game, but definitely nowhere near game of the year. I could name a few titles that have already come out that are better, and the year isn't even half over.
"Boomtown, Game.nl, 1Up, GamePro, GameReactor, Gameplanet,Planet Xbox 360, Telegraph, Cheat Code Central, Videogamer, Gamespy all gave Red Dead Redemption a perfect score"
I'd just like to mention that 1up did not give RDR a perfect score. Also, I don't agree with this article. Having said that, I am not too far into the game, so I don't know how I will feel once I put more time into it.
I'm glad this game is coming out 2 weeks into my summer break from college.
Mass Effect 2 is the best for me. It's the only one I have started a second playthrough on.
I'm probably in the minority here, but I'd rather most games (besides RPGs) be around the 5 hour mark, but be about 40 dollars. There are a countless number of games I haven't finished simply because I don't have the time to play everything I want.
Yet I, in many ways, enjoyed it very much.
I'd like to see more of Kratos right now... too bad my PS3 fat died while I was close to beating the game, and slims are sold out everywhere.
Edit: Literally 30 seconds after I posted this I found one online... wewt!
Have fun gaming on a PC with no OS.
This is the GTTV game. From Geoff Keighley on Twitter, "Reveal trailer for SOCOM 4 from Zipper tonight on GTTV. This is a real full-blown SOCOM."
I think the best thing to do would be to try again in 8 years.
"What Cotton is playing around with right now is beautiful and alien and huge"
Great quote when taken out of context.
I finished the game this afternoon, two freezes and a few audio problems. Despite having to restart my console a few times, I still really enjoyed the game. Hope they can fix it soon though.
Such a horrible week for this game to come out... I've been super busy, and have only gotten about 2 hours in. I am already really interested in the story.
It's a beta.
If you came to this conclusion solely based on their schedule then don't get too excited. They take a break in the afternoon. The segment will likely be 10 minutes like all of the others they have had, and there's no guarantee that they will show gameplay. Also, about the final surprise PS3 game on the list. They made this schedule before E3 started, so it is likely that the demo is Twisted Metal.
