Developers can choose weather or not they want to use it for their game. With Wii motes, it has to be in every game so it turns into a gimmick really fast, not to mention some games are not fit for on hand motion controlling such as shooters and RPGs. They had amazing games such as Killzone 3 and Littlebigplanet2 plus they had the shock announcements such as Gabe announcing portal 2 and Jaffe announcing Twisted Metal. Not to mention Kevin Butler lit up the show with his speech. Sony pulled out all of it's guns for this one and it showed.
Ill never forget when Gabe came up out of nowhere. I thought the universe was going to explode for a moment. Biggest surprise ever.
Judging from the trailer, the graphics are pretty last gen like all wii games. Multiplayer is going to be pretty bad as well just like all wii games. Its really unfair to put such a great game on an underachieving console like this. N64 was state-of-the-art. It could push the boundaries of video game. Wii gets by on gimmicks and cheap price tags. Im sorry but a unteenth DS upgrade doesnt make for an exciting E3. Sony has a lot of games to reveal, a great new online subscription in addion to the free one, great technical aspects of move, and the shocking arrival of gabe and jaffe. The victory of sony cannot be disputed.

Yeah, definitely soulds like quality hardware. Its too early for reviews. Its not even out in stores yet.
I pretty thought the same thing. But I know its wont be a faithful remake because its on the wii and therefore cant match FPs standards that have been set by the HD competition. Wii may be good for mario and fake excercise but FPS is something it should stay away from.
