Metal does bend!! Only when its on doors that you have to force push open though :P. I'm pretty disappointed with the environment myself, i expected this game to have a lot less static environment to what we're used to in most other games, seeing as how their tech demos showed alot of that off.
Another thing i noticed in the demo was the very quick disappearence of everything you destroy. Bodies almost disappear before they're dead. I find this quite annoying s...

Exactly my thoughts... so obvious that they just copied all that crap and slammed a "LOOK ITS NEW!!!oneelleven" sign on it.
They were just storyline heroes who couldn't be used in regular multiplayer matches. Basically they were just a normal unit, with slightly changed colours (dark templar in this case) and improved stats (damage, health, armor) to make them overpowered compared to regular units.
Well there were some voiced dialog in Fallout 2 with the humour aswell. I clearly remember Harold (Herold?) in the ghoul city Gecko who went on about the twig that was growing in his skull, epic stuff! :)

I did the whole grind in previous mmo's and just don't feel like going through the whole thing all over again. I'd much rather just wait for the next expainsion for wow, where i can use my already max level char.
So all the hardcore fanboys need to do is turn down their brightness and contrast a bit?
As i see it, the gameplay trailer was just a graphics showoff, showing what could be done with the lighting, destroyable enviroment etc.
As far as the cartoonish looks goes, i don't get it. The only thing that reminds me of WoW in the gameplay video is the weapon enchants, and the headdress on the whichdoctor, otherwise the game is miles beyond WoW in looks. - Cartoonish in my book is Team Fortress 2, this game looks just a tiny bit more realistic than that amirite?

I know that the scandinavian mag. GameReactor is doing it in 2 parts, they have a 1-40 review, and will make a 40-80 review when they get that far. Thats one way to do it.
That the game world is devided into rather small zones that have to load. Not only that, it is also devided into instances, which means that for every zone you enter, there is a max number of people in that zone. When that max is reached, another zone of that type is created by the server. People in either of the 2 versions cannot see each other, but can change instance if they want to.
Other than that, most of what he wrote was true, but the quests do get A LOT more triviel when...
Me and a mate actually spent the weekend playing Metal gear 1 and 2 on his NES... my god are they horribly boring :p. You spend half the playtime figuring out which keycards go where.
