Sounds like Sony's entire 1st party studios roster is in trouble which explains why Sony didn't show any good looking games at the showcase. It feels like their games are getting cancelled every where including Faction 2. Sony should fire Jim Ryan and hire someone who will lead the 1st party studios and get them released on time.
Sony was right to say no to Days Gone 2. The first game was a great single player game but Jeff Ross plan was to make DG2 a multiplayer co-op game and to get rid of the single player.
Jeff Ross's plan for DG2 was making the game a online co-op game with no single player mode. So i am for one am glad Sony said no.
I'm glad it wasn't given the go ahead as Jeff Ross said his idea for a sequel was making DG2 a online co-op game with no offline and no single player either. I enjoyed DG1 but i would hate DG2 if it went the planned route.
Terrible conference. 33 games and not 1 that looked good as the games looked like enhanced ps4 games. Where was FF7 Rebirth(no one is interested in FF16), GOT2, Days Gone 2, Last of Us factions, the rumored new uncharted game? Sony dropped the ball with this showcase.

It was a big F- to me. There was no games that looked like they would be interesting to play.
Graphic wise I'm not impressed it looks slightly upgraded over the Miles Morales game. Also the textures are horrid and quite a bit of pop in can be seen.
Can't believable that the CMA is still acting childish the way they are. MS is an American company no other country can tell am American company what mergers they can or can't do in other countries. The UK needs MS more than MS needs the UK. Hopefully with Phil Spencer meeting the British PM next week he lets the PM know that the UK can't treat an American company like this.

Word has it the British PM is going to unblock the deal and strip the CMA of powers for their arrogance in regards to how they mistreated MS.
Agreed MS has gotten a great victory today for us gamers.
MS now is on the way to owning Activision and there is no other group that can block this deal so i expect the CMA will have to cave in to MS and let the deal pass. I hope as soon as the contract is signed that MS will announce that all Activision games including COD will become exclusive and that all PS version of games will be canned.
I know there will be prior contract in place for COD with Sony but MS can just break the contract and pay a fine for it. They need to stop ...
Awesome now i hope MS can make all Activision games exclusive and free on gamepass. Gone now are the days where Xbox gamers were forced to pay for COD and new we get it free.

Not surprised as most Digital Deluxe Editions have content that is exclusive. Don't understand why some here are surprised by this as again most games do this.
