Any Top 10 Mega Drive/Genesis list needs Phantasy Star II, preferably in the top five.

When I saw the picture, all I could think of was 2 Live Crew's "Banned In The USA."

I wonder if that number will hold for the NBA Jam code included in NBA Elite '11. That's a lot of people that'll be missing out on Jam and they won't even know.
