I wish I could say my fear of spiders was limited to the giant ones but that'd be a lie; a spider of any size freaks me out.
Completely agree, that game is amazing. I sold it after I beat it the first time then bought it again cheap a few months ago so I could return to it. It's still just as good as I remember.
Anyone else see a slight resemblance between Dead Rush and that recent arcadey zombie hit and run game? I can't remember what it's called but this game reminds me of it. Too bad it was canceled, it does look fun.
This is the best thing I've ever allowed my eyeballs to graze upon.
Vanquish is getting tons of hype? Where? This game is getting about as much attention that Platinum Games' previous title, Bayonetta received, and that's not much.
It's a little strange to say it could end their streak because the game is a third person shooter that takes place in the near future. If anything that widens the market for the game since it's no longer about a time shifting witch with gun boots or a black and white Wii exclusive gory brawler.
So some no name gaming blog either wrote up a horribly written review without playing the game or reviewed it based on a leaked copy, and this makes the front page of N4G?
Review copies aren't even in the hands of real gaming sites yet so I'm positive this is just another pathetic attempt at generating traffic. Oh wait, since this is apparently front page material for N4G I suppose it's not all that pathetic.
The second game received almost identical critical acclaim the first did and, at least in my opinion, the only thing the second game did poorly was taking the story in such a bizarre direction. But, other than the story, Bloodshot was an excellent game and there are a ton of people, myself included, that would love to see a third game.
Oh, and sorry Littletad, I didn't mean to make you think it was being announced! (though, hopefully it will be unveiled soon, maybe at E...
I'm glad this game is doing well (related to other budget niche games with no marketing) because it's a lot of fun and definitely worth $20.
Your face is stupid and not funny.
It's April Fools, lighten up a bit.
Hoboland? Sounds like Disney World for the homeless, lol
Holoband is from Caprica btw, one of the best shows EVAR.
This is just sad. The gaming industry tries to become a respected form of entertainment alongside film and one of the few things holding it back are the legions of prepubescent idiots that feel the need to complain about this. He looks fine. And I wonder: if he was gay would that really be such an issue? Well, obviously it is because there are people who would lose sleep over things like this when there are way more important things in the world to cry over. My words fall on deaf ears so...
Bloody Disgusting is such an amazing site, I would make love to it if I could, and their writers at the Dead Pixels section are the two most talented souls in all the interwebz.
Wow. I'd like to call this bit of 'news' pointless but if the goal of the piece was to bring a lot of traffic to their site, and I'm guessing it was, they were very successful.
This however, is in no way hidden, nor is it a surprise. It's also not news, unless you live in the area and are looking for a tow service.
If you have a powerful ranged weapons or spell just equip the Thief's Ring and you can attack them from afar. When they get hit they'll run towards you then give up and start slowly walking back to their original position. Once they're a safe distance away fire again, and repeat this until they die.
If you don't have any good ranged attacks than make sure you are lightly encumbered (so you dodge quickly) and have a light, fast weapon equipped so you can get a few hits in while ...
That's exactly what I said in the guide.
I did the same exact thing my first time playing the game; every time I received a Demon's soul I would use it for the hefty lot of souls it'd give me. Then I found out they could also be used for unique weapons and spells so I just decided to start over. Now I have the Meat Cleaver (which has a crazy resemblance to Pyramid Head's sword), so it was definitely worth it.
I agree. The skeletons looked really cool but Rocksteady spent so much time making the game world look amazing I felt bad spending so much time in Detective Mode.
And those who write them are heroes, right? RIGHT?!
Aww, shux. I like you too.
This Angry Joe character is incredibly annoying and I wouldn't take time out of my day either if some dude that looked like a bad 70's porn star tried to talk crap about my show.
On that note, the VGAs are simply a way to show off exclusive world premiers and should not, in their current state at least, be taken seriously.
