RDR impressed me more as far as lighting. And the areas aren't really that big or open plus the AI is poor.
Obviously that kid and his parents that let him do the commercial didn't think so. If you've got a problem you should take it up with them.

@maldread- You even say you're a bad player so it's not really the games fault is it? Now GTA4 I can agree with you on but that's a sandbox game with a lot of ground to cover to get back into a mission. But then again you can always skip the taxi ride and get back to where you want no problem. Limit the amount of players on smaller maps. Add more guns and gadgets. Keep the class system but eliminate boost. Make spawn areas more heavily fortified to cut down spawn campers. Add more game modes. Do not mess with the way the weapons handle. Add a co-op mode and/or let us play through the main game as either ISA or Helghast to experience both sides of the war.

Ps3 version looks insanely good. 8hrs in and so far nothing but awesomeness from the combat to the story so far and even the games menus.
Grats SEGA and Rebellion. The game is awesome and pretty much nails all the things I loved about the movies from the atmosphere to the sound to the way the different species play.
@iceman2885- That's for Zipper to figure out not me. This is just from my experience so far. Been steamrolled by Valor and Raven plenty of times on every map. Good leadership and coordination goes a long way. I'm in a clan so it'll be different then someone that isn't. I'm also just an average player at best by myself. But working alongside my clan mates pushes me to above average.

@jokesonyou- The games excellent map highlights objectives for you and commands come through your TV speakers. You don't even need a headset unless you really want to coordinate stuff even more. It's not rocket science like the reviewer tries to make it sound. So looks like Zipper was prepared for people not using headsets. I don't really get what he is saying about completing objectives and having no relation or impact on the final goal. Because you're going to have a hell of time or no chan...

Game is awesome. One of the many impressive things about the game is the graphics. Considering how huge the maps are and with full scale war popping all over it's better looking then something like a Gears of War. And it even runs better online. Considering what's out there for war type shooters on a console and having played the majority of them MAG is easily above the rest.
Glad to here how much things have improved because it is terrible for consumers to have to deal with these type of things. I can only hope Sony decides to take care of the YLOD problem.
GoW1 & 2 look and sound great remastered and I hope we get more remastered games. The impact on visuals alone is bigger to me then when movies get the same treatment. And the gameplay is still some of best.
PS3 version? Turn motion blur off it'll add 2xAA. Doesn't look as good as SC4 but still looks good IMO.
