I bought LA Noire this summer in the Steam sales.

Valve games should really only be played on PC.
Really, most PCs can run Valve games. And on top of that you get way more content: more mods and more free content from Valve.
Look at Team Fortress 2: it has waaay more content on PC than on 360. And it has a lot more players. Plus its free to play on PC.
At least I'm man enough to NOT buy the CoD games. So many pussies that keep giving in, its a disgrace.

My PC is from 2007 and to this date, I have only upgraded 1 part. My graphics card, last summer.
I could have easily not upgraded my PC and that way I could keep playing all my games on Medium settings and some perhaps on Low yes.
Fact is: even when you run your games on Low settings, they still look better than on consoles. This is because even on Low, all the games still run on the 1080p resolution.

User run dedicated servers on PC has never been an issue. Most admins are mature and don't kick for stupid reasons.
