Confirmed Zune international release this Fall so it is assumed that this will be included in that release.
I didn't disagree with you but all of those reasons could easily be ported over the the ZuneHD(and probably will be).
The screen isn't 640x480 like the article says. It's a 16:9 screen. The HDMI output will be 720p.

Lol @ Sony Marketing. I think the PS3 is a great machine but this is just stupid. The thing is it isn't just first party titles that sell systems. Technically you could have a system without first party titles and as long as people are willing to develop for your system, you'll be good to go.

@GrammarPolice, your pointing out exactly why they are choosing not to put games on the the PS3.... it costs money. Something which you pointed out everyone is lacking right now except for MS apparently who is willing to pay studios to develop for there system. Money talks, MS has it and Sony doesn't therefore Valve can't afford to develop for PS3. They aren't ignoring many customers, plenty of PS3 owners own a 360 and/or sadly just use there PS3 as a Blu-Ray player.

Microsoft can develop games on the fly? LBP's first announcement was March 7th, 2007. Kodu first appeared as Boku March 29th 2007, 22 days from a concept they saw that Sony, Microsoft feverishly worked to complete a playable game in 22 days.

60FPS is all you need, this whole article is bullsh*t. 3D is done by showing certain things during certain frames. You could do this with a screen running 640 x 480 as long as it was 60fps.
3D is done by alternating between frames for your right eye and then a frame for your left eye so really you will only be seeing 30fps.

Did you ever think that maybe JRPG's aren't selling anymore because no one likes them anymore? Japan isn't near the largest market and the only reason they ever sold is because markets like the US and Europe bought those games. I don't think gaming for most people is about how the graphics look. When I play a game graphics help, but if the gameplay sucks I don't care about the graphics I'm simply not going to play. I also think that online service is huge for many people now, and some people are willing to pay for Xbox Live because they feel it offers a superior service/community to PS3's PSN. Some people feel the other way and like PSN's community, can get enough from the services, and like that it's free.

They will be paying Universal to use Hulu or Google to use YouTube. PS3 doesn't have to pay these 2 companies because they just incorporate a web browser. Without a browser they kinda have to charge us(includes me).
Most people agree that Xbox Live is a superior service(ie:less lag) than PSN therefore they can charge. Also the fact that people are willing to pay means MS can charge. You could look at as MS trying to make it easier for people to justify paying the $5 per month to ...
YouTube not needed, Hulu would be a plus. Although navigation would be interesting.
This isn't a I wish article, this is a MS said this and we think it could be this. Also Netflix has said they will be adding "Channels" to there boxtop sets which could point to this very same thing, things such as Hulu streaming or streaming from CBS/NBC/ABC.
