People don't seem to realize that multi-platform games won't be much better/worse on the PS3 than it's 360 counterpart while being poor indicators for graphical superiority on either systems when they're meant to look and play the same on all platforms.

It'll be a day of chaos when FFXIII and Rage come out on multiple disc for the 360 version, I'd hate to see people whine about the 360 not being maxed out, when that comes to pass (-_-);;. Big LOL at the people who don't realize Tekken 6 in the arcade near me uses a PS3 motherboard, meaning the PS3 version will look and play just fine. Tekken 6 will play the same on both platforms, just like SF4, SC4 etc.

Core games haven't exactly sold well for the Wii, so it's obvious why Nintendo is bringing out more casual Nintendo titles using Wii-plus.

Your missing the point of the PSP go. It's supposed to be a size closer to the iphone so you can fit it in your pocket when your on the move. LBP and MGS may not sell hardware, but if Gran Turismo is put on the PSP, it probably would move units.
What current public/private infrastructure in N.A is good enough for HD streaming downloads on par with blu-ray? My country, Canada isn't going completely digital for TV broadcasting until 2011 (meaning we can expect several years of lag time after 2011 before HD TV becomes the norm). Selling 30 million units does not make the 360 king of anything when it's trailing the Wii by what, 20 million units? Wii fit, Wii play and mario titles have outsold Halo, GeOW, KZ2 etc., does that make them the best games this gen?

As my friend always says, hype is the killer of all things great. Anyone who can hype up a game like Halo, KZ2, etc. is a fanboy to some degree. I hate this whole "be a gamer" tilt that some people take, when it's clear that everyone, even the one's with all 3 systems have a tilt towards a certain system. The bottom line for any system is the games, which the 360 has lacked for the last 7 months.
The PS3 doesn't need fancy articles nor the PR babble, seeing as outs...

I highly doubt 360 is raking 3rd party companies more revenue than the NDS. I don't need the graphics to be HD to enjoy them, what I look forward too, is games of interest as a reason to play/purchase a system. The Wii is slowly inching towards the 10 game threshold for my brother and I to seriously consider purchasing a Wii. Until then, my NDS, PSP and PS3 will suffice. I'm really looking forward to playing Punchout with the nieces though (^_^)!

There is a way out of this situation though, they could have her step on stage and say "Here's our guest speaker today", before promptly stepping off the stage for game announcements like Sin and Punishment 2, Fragile, Arc Rise fantasia etc. Option 2 could be displaying some new game footage up on a screen behind her so the crowd doesn't fall asleep.

I agree with you for the most part, but Nintendo was not always about the simple and fun. There were some notoriously difficult games in the NES days, that were definitely more frustrating than fun (-_-);;.
Nonetheless, the "core" definitely make up the majority of those bickering here at N4G and other sites. My nieces wouldn't be caught dead at a site like this, afterall, the only care they have with regards to games, is casual fun with their Wii games.
You know what I don't understand, 2 of my cousins and at least 7 people at my work have iphones with batteries that drain with 6-7 hrs of use.
