Did you know you can adjust the graphs for the number of weeks? If you change it to 150 you get a completely different picture in totally sales... yes the PS3 squeaked ahead just barely... but that is a lot of ground to make up... like 7 million ground. Heck it shows the Xbox beating the Wii!!! The way it is initially presented does not quite show exactly what is going on.

Sure it was about Nintendo, but it didn't claim a dumb hypothesis that the Wii or DS would be the best system ever!
I was disappointed the article did not mention more of the technology standpoint of Nintendo however. Meaning their decision to not push the technology if it was still not yet affordable to the consumer. Overall, it was still great, and I'm glad it wasn't written to push so...

This is stupid!!! Nintendo & Sony, it was your responsibility to produce the player for this game. You have no legaly binding contract to the content that is used by the consumer.

I'm not sure what to make of this. 1) Comparing the other regions to Australia, the Australian systems are a lot more expensive. 2) On the global game market, Australia continually strugles to have a large user base for video games. I guess only the rich are buying the video games down there...

On the exclusivity front I think people are forgeting one point. Large mega-blockbuster games and cheap easy to make games are the type of games that get cross platformed. The middle of the road type of games are the type that suffer this single platform problem. If a company makes a game, that isn't a blockbuster nor a cheap re-hash, it does face the potential to lose money. I believe this is the type of exclusivity they are tal...
Did you even read my comment? I clearly state that it is an opinion poll. The basis of CNET being sponsored by Sony is clearly a fact. I don't blame them, I myself love whomever pays me. I did not bash their ratings or who was number one. I just simply stated fact.

Drew read the article - it states several times about how it is not a hoax. Then again, who knows what the truth is, Sega should take notice however for the demand for this game and franchise. Considering Sonic crashed and burned on the previous gen and current gen consoles (though I've yet to play the Secret Rings), Sega really needs to come up with something to make some cash.
