Actually no, I purchased most of mine well before Game Pass was even a thing. Personally GP grants me the ability to play newer games I typically wouldn’t purchase, which I’d call a win. Then if I really like them I buy them on a sale or steam for usually less than the XBM prices. Additionally, I also have PS Premium which grants me extra games & sales to sift through as well.
Time to bust out the AN-94 & Commando. I missed the first two black ops titles dearly. I loved the smaller simpler maps vs the modern mazes and focus on vertical movements. I just want to run around and shoot stuff without all the extra effort lol. Nope, but adding these specific companies catalogs into their deck will definitely sway me and likely many others to keep/buy an Xbox if they subsequently become exclusives. Not that mine was really going anywhere lol, I have a considerable collection of games on my account I’m not repurchasing.

Truthfully imo they genuinely needed this purchase to survive, I was a loyal customer since the original console and they lost me with the lackluster catalog these last few years. Nowadays I typically buy PS5 exclusives and the rest on steam due to prices.

Too bad the full game usually isn’t on the disk anymore. That was my main push towards all digital gaming. And since prices typically suck I just wait on sales and grab only 1-2 games day 1 annually anymore.

Without clicking, bet it has something to do with the rampant availability of cheap codes from those countries, that I regularly run into on GameFlip. I Always wondered why those specific countries had so many recent game codes readily available for much lower prices, guess they got carried away with it. After clicking, Yeah, that’s it lol

Lol, I was recently looking up the Xbox versions myself. Although initially frustrated, I’m now glad I couldn’t find one at a good price in decent shape.
