Why should I pay 120 USD in my country for a game i can get for 50$ new on eBay?

Well I shouldn't, and that's why i use eBay.
To say it's piracy is just wrong - i still BUY the game from a STORE on eBay! It's the same as if I bought it from an actual store.

The things that makes it a mile better are:
- the graphics
- the precision
- the lineup
- the haptic feedback

even xbots will admit that MS lost. Nintendo did a great job for once, and MS took it's place by showing embarrasing demos.
sony delivered a strong lineup, with plenty of surprises (Portal 2 had my jaw glued to the floor), and a motion controller that actually seems to work very well and prevents you from making yourself look like an idiot. Oh and KB was epic.
Nintendo won in the hardware department, Sony in the software department, and MS... well...
that's where it's a thousand times better than XBL gold - either you pay and get another console-worth of content each year for free,
or you don't pay, and keep doing everything you can do now.
in XBL - pay the same amount of price and you can play online (free on PSN)
or don't pay and you can't play online at all.
