I think it's awesome. love the style...
If you just stop thinking of it as the classic stealth Splinter Cell game, then its really great. But if you don't let go of that, then of course its going to disappoint. This is a new game, play it like it is. Demo was awesome for me, really like the cover system and the Mark and Execute.
I completely agree. I don't doubt it will be an awesome game, but there are so many of those coming out this year. This has to be above and beyond for me to buy it. I really like some changes that they've made, but others not so much, so this demo will probably decide it for me
but it wasn't really working either. it was half baked. so I'm glad they're looking at the system again. but I have to say that I have NO idea what Peter means by this. Sounds cool though.
Peter is an awesome guy with great ideas, but I can't believe he said this. again. I remember him saying the SAME THING when fable 2 was in development. I still have high hopes for this one, as I really liked Fable 2 (unlike many gamers).
I'm so glad that these came out! Very interesting stuff, I really like what we know so far... and personally, I think this is going to be way cooler than Mafia 2, as mafia 2 just doesn't interest me the way this one does...
Sweet! sounds awesome, exactly the type of game I've always wanted. I'm hoping there isn't too much gunplay involved. for some reason I feel it doesn't really fit... as long as its not live gta "shoot whatever" I'll be okay.
oh flip! I've waited SO long for this, I can't wait to see how this turns out.
who in the world decided that the tablet would be called iPad? its just retarded. iTablet, or iSlate would be better than that ANY DAY! I really hope this causes them to change this...
Microsoft was really stupid to pay 50 mil just for a timed exclusive. What were they thinking?
This is one of my highest hyped games right now, this style of unique and different just interests me. I don't want a gta or a new cod. THIS is my type of game.
I agree completely with Mattygamefreak,
its obviously because the game isn't (or at least hasn't been announced to be) based on real events. its not something thats happening now, or is known to be a terrible event. if its found to be set in real events, then the media will go crazy, if not there won't be a problem. didn't mw2 have Afghanistan? was there a problem with that? no.
I seriously can't believe that they claimed that they found this easter egg. this has been known even BEFORE the game was released. it was leaked in a short vid... and now they say they found it... and how many people have played this already???
oh please. I really want a good surfing game. not a crappy one, but a good one. I don't think that they should just push one out, they should really make an epic game with real physics and give it the feeling of really surfing. I would sooo play it on days with crappy waves...
seriously, why can't all these people that signed this actually stand to their word, freakin hypocrites. this actually annoys me quite a bit because they are so weak they can't resist buying a game. that is lame.
I am not a wii gamer, but I have to say that that is an awesome case. probably one of the top cases I have EVER seen. its just so... vibrant! really nice choice nintendo.
I believe they said that "they didn't put co-op campaign because it ruined the experience" right from the beginning... why is it news now?
This year is going to be crazy when the game of the year awards come out. I really don't know what is going to win. The most obvious choice will be Uncharted 2 or MW2. but Assassin's Creed 2 could be up there as well, and some other games as well. And all of these games are being released in a close time frame too... I think SC: Conviction could have been up there too but it had to be delayed...
...emerge, not emerged...
Hmmm... Some of you mentioned that developers should make games about more religions, beyond Greek mythology. like Buddhism, Islam, Christianity. But this wouldn't work, it would be "too close to home" as some people say. Santa Monica Studios got away with making a game surrounding a religion or belief is because its about deities that are not treated as deities anymore. No one follows Zeus anymore, or the Roman gods. Whereas, if a game was made where you were a Hindu god, that woul...
