Might want to edit your post after actually watching the video, he clearly states that the real time vegetation growth will not be in the game. Some of the engine features are very nice though.
You must have been extremely unlucky. I still own the same PS2 that I got on the Australian PS2 launch, and it still works as well as the day I bought it.

I played the ps3 version from start to end and didnt have any of the problems you mentioned Solar. I thought it was a great game. One of the better console FPS.
They could have proxy. But seeing as they already had the ps3 basically built waiting 2 years wouldn't have changed the hardware that much. We would have probably seen more refined hardware with the possibility of more ram/ hard drive space but the core components like the cell and the rsx wouldn't have changed very much at all seeing how sony had already paid a lot of money to get those components designed specifically for the PS3.
mesh1 you must have a trash pc or not be playing the same thing as everyone else. At 2560x1600 with all details maxed out UT3 is quite possibly the best looking game I have ever seen. The fact they are actually putting a story in rather then just the tournament is an awesome feature though. The voice acting sounds pretty decent too.
I couldn't agree with you more. How could they possible forget one of the most anticipated sequels ever. The Koreans will be furious! :P
