If GTA IV is going to sell consoles, those will be PS3.
If you have a LAST GEN console and you love GTA you are going to invest your money on a console that will bring you more than just GTA IV, PS3 has a great exclusive lineup for 2008 (MGS4, GT5, KZ2, LittleBP, Home etc...) and that will be a extra bonus to bring people to PS3 instead of 360 (considering GTA IV motives only).
