I love that things will be better for both XSX & PS5, but also different as well.
I think we will find that for certain things, the PS5 does them better, and for others the XSX.
Kind of like the SNES & Sega Genesis or the N64/PS1..........both had great games but had limitations the other didn't.

** Why never more? It thermally can't handle it......they left it at a level where they know it can thermally handle the speed, to avoid overheating..........but this does gimp the cpu a bit.

* In order to match that speed, they will very very expensive. There is a chance they could be more expensive than if they made their own.
10 TFlops is the ceiling for PS5 though...power stays full but clock speed will decrease when needed which will lower those TFLOPS to about 8.5-9.5 on occasion where as XS stays at 12 TLOPS consistently.
Either way, I'm eventually getting both. XS first and then PS5, but both have me really excited.
I'll be getting an Xbox series X first, but I also want a PS5....I'm 100% ok and understand this was for developers......We were lucky enough to be shown this when we otherwise would not have been.
