IKR? People seem to be forgetting that this is a David Cage game. Either my standards have become absurdly high or everyone's standards are just way lower than mine.
Meh. David Cage is an incompetent writer seeing as how much of a mess each of his games were from Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy up to Beyond Two Souls. When you have a game that focuses so heavily on narrative, and the narrative in Cage games are laughably bad, it doesn't leave much to look forward to with this game. I'll keep an eye on reviews but given the track record my expectations are very low.
Wow, that's almost 10% of the entire current PS4 install base as of the time of this post (around ~76M units). For a new IP, no less!

Seeing that Katsura Hashino isn't a part of the Persona Team anymore (he directed P3/P4/P5), maybe it's too soon for a Persona 6. Or maybe not, Persona 2 wasn't half bad for it's time. Hmm.

The only PS4 exclusive this year I don't care about. David Cage games are terribly written and I expect no different with this, which is poor considering the entire main focus is the narrative; which has always been a mess. Had they been actual films, Fahrenheit, Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls would've been laughed out of any film festival.
Hyped for everything else though. God of War, Ni no Kuni II and Spiderman look fantastic especially.

Great to see the industry as a whole doing well. To think that just a few years ago console gaming was apparently "dying".
