I believe the 360/PS3 to be equal in terms what they both can do graphically, everything else is soley up to the developers.
My comment here is off topic but seeing how some fanboys are talking about it (Mass Effect 2) I just wanted to quickly seize this opportunity to vent just a few short examples of things that frustrated me about the game.

In my opinion KZ 2 wasn't anything special. The game really didn't start to impress me until after the Cruiser level, but still.. didn't manage to "wow" me like when the first time i played Uncharted 1.
I honestly believe that Halo Reach does a better job from a visual & technical stand point rather than KZ 2.
KZ 2 reminds of ME 2 a bit because some parts in the game look nice while others look mediocre or just plain ugly. I still enjoyed both of them thoug...

The Xenon is the best for real-world performance in actual games; the Cell has the highest theoretical performance on certain workloads. For a same amount of investment, you get better performance out of the Xenon.
Mass Effect is a great looking game.. I dont think the PS3 (with it's last minute thrown in outdated GPU & lack of memory) can handle it.
Yea, party system is great but.. long before there ever was the party system you could just mute someone or, the whole room if you wanted.

WOW! this game is GOTY 08! see those crazy graphics! nothin like it on the PS3!!! this "OWNS" MGS4, LBP, KZ2, Uncharted & RFOM2 all in one shot! this obviously can only be done with the true power of the Xenon!

I have high hopes for this but I'll reserve my judgment for when the full game is actually released. Until then.. Forza 3 in my opinion is the golden standard for racing sims atm.
