It all depends on the game itself, if it has a huge fanbase, and is enjoyable, gamers will get the beta and the game once it is released to get the full experience.
True, and the game is great, but it's not GOTY type of game, many titles have exceeded it by lengths and deserve that title.
It really is a shame to see immature gamers attacking different games from different consoles by reducing their user rating. As a gamer, I think I deserve an honest review from the gamers in the gaming community regardless if you're an X360 or PS3, or even a Wii fan. (not fanboy/girl)
We can't all be supporting the same genre or the same console, however, when looking at a game, we should be looking at what it offers, how it handles multiplayer, is the single player strong to stand on ...
I prefer they stick to the fighting genre and improve the DB games. I don't think it will make for an interesting RPG though.
I think my little brother will enjoy it, he liked the one on the GC with all the racing.

I know it's a matter of opinion and preference in the end. But if you're an X360 fanboy, then I understand why you think it's horrible.
I'm not dissing the Wii, I respect Nintendo for continuing its innovation, however, I'm merely stating that it's not as comfortable as the standard controller style, therefore, you won't spend continuous hours as other consoles. And I do have a Wii which I enjoy playing when I have friends over, my library of games are only limited to competitive multiplayer games.
Just like 2008, I think this will continue to be year of the PS3 for me. Despite games that are released multiplat, I will still get a PS3 version. So it's PS3 for me. I doubt MS will grab my interest especially after the NXE...so, I'm not expecting a surprise...

Give me a PS3 or an X360 controller and I can play for hours. Give me a Wii controller and I'll be tired of waving my hands after an hour. It's fun, but I can't see myself playing it for hours in games like Resident Evil 4 for example.

LBP introduced a new gaming genre, I don't think MS will be able to go against Sackboy, I wish they'd try something new and original rather than copying Sony and Nintendo. Miis or Avatars...
I've rather they kept the old one, and then when the new Xbox is released they can have a true NXE. MS is just trying to catch up with the PS3 Home, and Wii's Mii.
I love the old dashboard, it's simple and looks organized, this one looks like a quick UI change, as for the Avatars, it looks like a little kids game with the way it looks and the way you select the colors and options. Is this update mandatory?
To be honest, If I calculate the number of times I subscribed to XBL and the cost of my first X360, and later my Elite, I'm sure it's over 600$ already.
So, I'm happy with what I paid the first time, my PS3 is working great, and I only pay for the games I buy.

I think that they -GT- did it for the attention. Regardless of religion or belief, I think if a controversial issue arises, due to the sensitivity of it, people should just respect the decision that was taken -in this case by the Sony and the creators of LBP- and try not to arise it anymore.

So what if LBP has some server issues, it's not the end of the game, gamers won't stop playing it, and I don't think Sony will leave it as it is. I'm sure they will be fixing this problem.
