The guys at Team Meat revealed a few months back that they were planning to make a touch-screen version of Super Meat Boy. Yesterday, they revealed the first screenshot and also the actual name of the game, Super Meat Boy: The Game.
Microsoft is a little slow this month when it comes to announcing the Games with Gold lineup for June 2022. This has led to the lineup leaking ahead of the announcement.
This is just plain sad, they are basically charging you for online and that's it, I guess this goes hand in hand with the "tell me you only play AAA games without telling me you only play AAA games"
Both Gamepass and Gold games offerings have gone way downhill.
Super Meat Boy was a Games with Gold title back in 2016..It's leftover Meat from 2016
I actually really enjoyed Aven Colony when it was on Gamepass. I got it for free from Epic Store a few months back.

The last decade wasn't the Golden Age of platformers, that's for sure, but there were still many great games. Check out Wccftech's shortlist!
They put Celeste in the honorable mentions. Such a shame, this game is premium in platforming. Rayman is also def a 10/10 platformer.
More super meat boy is never a bad thing
In the PC version they shoved the importance of a gamepad down your throat every chance they got. I'm seriously wondering how this would work with touch controls only.
