A new Line Rider clip has been released from the official commercial version of the former Flash-only toy. The bad news, however, is that someone forgot to retain the charm and simplicity of the original that made it so endearing. Those responsible have also added enough hooting and hollering to make the mute button your best pal.

I agree for such a game with a simple premise it is easy to learn how to play but difficult to master.

Due to the DS' small screen it's hard to get a complete view of the puzzle you're working on, but the zoom function does its job well enough. If you make a mistake you can erase what you've done completely or just a certain line type, and you can completely move a line if you want. The interface takes a little getting used to and it's not nearly as simple to use as it was on the PC, but it does the job.
You add annoying stuff and leave everything else the same.
