Personally I don't have high hopes for Game of Thrones, but well see. I'm still deep in Skyrim and both Mass Effect 3 and Kingdom of Amalur are on my to-do list, so this year is getting real crowded real fast with RPGs anyway.

I got my eyes out for Game of Thrones and Dragon's Dogma. Witcher 2 is probably the best on the list. I'm still waiting for Kingdom of Amalur to go on sale before i buy it.

But it wasn't directed by him. And I'm sure FF13 and FF13-2 would get the same reception if it was an exclusive. The fact is thee game(s) was a disappointment regardless who directed it. Did some people enjoy it? sure, but it wasn't critically acclaimed like past FF games.

Find me a PS3 exclusive that scored under 80 and I'll show you at least 100 comments defending the game on how it is underrated or how biased the reviewers are or how difficult the game is, how it isn't for noobs hence the low scores from unskilled reviewers.
My point is, if it is a PS3 exclusive, people here will love it and want to have its children even before they play it.

I do think a fair amount of people would call ME3, and especially Skyrim RPGs. I mean, if the FF series can be an RPG franchise all you need is a level system and a semi-open environment at some points in the story. ME3 and Skyrim should be very fine by that definition. Or by most other definitions for that matter.

South park ,mass effect 3 and the witcher 2 i will get not a big fan of treasure chests ,golden keys and giant cellar rats with hours of mindless travel in most rpgs it really feels like dead gameplay never played dragon age or skyrim cause i know treasure chests, keys , rats and dragons would be involved.

already beat The Witcher 2, and i havent seen enough of Game of Thrones or the South Park RPG to have any sort of hype, other than what comes from the IPs they derive from.
