We already know about Armored Core V and Hawken, but now acclaimed developer Day 1 Studios is returning to their robotic roots with Reign of Thunder, a new free-to-play mech IP from the studio that brought us MechAssault on the Xbox.

Wargaming Is Taking Over Tokyo, Unified Accounts and Console Titles

Gamesta.com gets a ton more news from Wargaming. They're preparing a worldwide assault with a 15th office to open in Tokyo. They're also updating their online accessibility and even got a new console title in the works. It's being made by Day One, makers of F.E.A.R. and such. They're working on a MechAssault title right now.

2012: Year of the Mech
