It is truly amazing how unrealistic the boob bouncing motion is. I wonder what Japanese females think about men who get this game. Is it funny to them, creepy, sickening...? Interesting take on gender role differences between our culture and theirs?

No. It's a game split in two - a reality world and a dream world called the "sealed room world." In the real world, we have the main guy Kohei having some crush on some 3 girls.
In the sealed room world, Kohei is somewhat a fairy, and the 3 girls in his real life appear in the sealed room world trapped in a sealed room. These girls are "trapped" in the sealed room and your task is to help them open the lock by collecting key fragments.
The real world and the sealed room world are connected (obviously) in such a way that you can get some hints in the real world to help you in the sealed room world.
It has no tentacles whatsoever :P This is a Nintendo 3DS game and although the gimmick may be a bit suggestive, Nintendo will never allow anything more than that. There is a reason it did not get rejected. Whatever it is, one thing's for sure, it's not some game with tentacles or hentai or whatsoever. Just my two cents ^^
Yes that is the official title of the new Nintendo 3DS game from D3Publisher and they let you fill out the blanks. Their new love simulation plays in two different parts: The dream world, where you have to escape your fantasy and the real world where you have to flirt with three young girls.

View the Screenshots in 3D on your 3D with the 3DS browser by typing in the URL or alternatively view them on a 3D capable TV with your PS3 or any other 3D device. They are free to download as mpo-files.
No translation, hence to the fact that you need to type in the URL to see the pictures in 3D. Google translator scrambles the 3D option in the 3DS browser.
