Acti wants money, not happy customers given valuble content; they want to give as little for as much as possible.

When you let companies get away with explotation, it will only keep getting worse and worse as they try to milk more and more for less and less.

Try only sales. User reviews are a lot higher for Battlefield 3. Most of the people I know say the same thing. They bought CoD because everyone else got it so they can play with them, but it's still the same game.

@Janitor I do agree people who follow that logic are dumb. But 3 of my cousins did the same thing. I was the first person to tell them they're stupid, and they agreed.

@gamernova you make the most sense. I do agree with you. it is the cool thing to hate on CoD nowadays BUT they do it to themselves. If people CHOOSE to accept the same game from a company who's made BILLIONS year after year off the same game. They should support the game by improving more than just maps. For example a more secure netcode, better visuals, new sounds. etc etc. All of these games in the past few years could've simply been UPDATES, but people accept anything that Activision shits out. I RESPECT Infinity Ward, Treyarch, and Sledgehammer studios. I respect the studios hard work. My only concern is with Activision. They order the same game to be made every year and put absolutely no effort into advancing the series.

MW3 also got the better reviews. Review numbers and sales are quite an indication of quality, not to mention that COD is seeing an increase on it's year over year, it's obvious the fans are happy with it.

This was more of a letdown then the COD vs Medal Of Honor showdown last year or the MW2 vs Bad Company 2 slaughter of two years ago.

Sales is not an indication of quality. Think of all the mediocre artists who sell more than the talented ones. I would bet Justin Bieber sold more albums this year than Bruce Springsteen or Adele, so with your logic, the kid's a better singer? Think of all those terrible movies that earn more profits. You think every one of the recent Transformer movies is better than, let's say, District 9, Pans Labyrinth, etc.? What about crappy shows that gain tons of views like Jersey Shore and Big Brother, would you consider them as excellent programming? Haven't it occur to you maybe some who bought MW3 haven't played it as much since release, or some may have traded or sold it away after being disappointed with it? Sales figures won't show that. It won't be surprising to find out that a lot of those who bought it only did so because it's the 'flavor of the week' game, while some just didn't care about the reviews.

Really? Have you ever been put in a game against a proper clan who are communicating and working together as a team? They'd kill you all day and then some. There are ridiculous plus points for playing as a team. One player would have to be incredibly good to win a game on his own.

You rely on your team so much, without realising it. Why is it people seem to think that call of duty is for crazy lone wolf people? Anyone who is serious about the game knows there's NOTHING more important in that game than working as a team. Okay, there are some people with extreme skill who can take out a whole team on their own, but for the rest of us humans, communication is our greatest weapon.

my word. Are you really saying COD is a Team game? Have you played the BF series? I've played both COD and BF series for years now, and COD has NOTHING to do with team work. That's laughable to even mention.

My idea of team work in COD is using my teamates as meat shields. Your idea of teamwork is communication? Really? Not giving ammo, not spotting the enemy for your team, not reviving or giving med kits, not putting down some suppression fire?

COD maps are too small, and the number of players are too little to have any kind teamwork mean anything. Maybe in SnD communication means something...but any other game type it's almost pointless.

Demolition, domination, headquarters, capture the flag, sabotage... Take your pick.

They're all games in which teamwork will get you an immense kill count, a tonne of points and of course, the win. Again, anyone who has played in a party of skilled players who know what they're doing and how to use their team to their advantage will know how important having a good team is.

Dude, my team and I have to go through our classes, making adjustments all because our support guy hasn't unlocked counter UAV yet on his current prestige. I have friends who carry stinger missiles to shoot down anything the other team bring in. I run around in a group with my AK-47 and his SMG so we can easily tackle both short and long range enemies. We know at the beginning of a round of search and destroy who is gonna take the bomb and where they're gonna plant it. We might send a distraction guy to the other side of the map to help us out. We cover each other when taking an objective or planting a bomb.

Really? You need your teammates to give you ammo? I said teammates are important but if you really need ammo, pick up an enemy weapon.

I have played battlefield 1943 and bad company 2 and it's not my kind of game. I don't like running around everywhere or the fact that a dude can fly a helicopter or a plane or a tank without earning it.

Bet yeah, cod is just as much of a team game as battlefield is. You just gotta use your head about how you play the game. Some might see it as a mindless shooter, but I see a hardcore game hidden beneath it.

I don't know if you've ever played Headquarters,Demolition,Domina tion,Capture the flag, or team defender.

But yeah, all those modes are actually very heavily team based modes. Granted Battlefield has squads and makes it seem like your 4 man crew is more important than your entire team, but in the end both have team based play just depends if you're that type of player.

I know each and every BF fanboy will disagree with my post, and i accept it honestly.

I like both games for their own reasons. That is more than enough for me to actually own both and enjoy them to their full extent.

I played the hell out HQ in every COD, and because there's an objective to do, doesn't mean there's teamwork. If you're with your friends maybe, but playing with randoms...forget it.

It's just as hard to not get killed as it is to kill someone. Everyone's even so yeah, winning a lot of 50/50 gunfights with a guy takes skill and tactic. Open your mind up, and you might get past all these weakly-founded criticisms you have of a great game.

To be fair the battle is over.take a look on the PC community,PSN and XBL and see what game is being played the most.let me keep this simple for you all,MW3 is being played more than BE3 as far as the amount of people online.DICE AND EA talked smack about MW3 and the gamers have choosen.arogance is why EA AND DICE will not achieve greatness.don,t talk jive about your competitor and not deliver to the gamers.BF3 will be distant memory while MW3 recieves the glory,sales and respect from gamers across the world,because at the end of the day it's all about the gamers.

BF3 has won alot of rewards. BF3 is the better game. It's well crafted and you can see that Dice took their time with it. MW3 is a waste, rehashed game. Most pick COD because they don't have the patients to play BF3.

CODMW3 is old and boring, annoying as well. BF3 is fresh, new, more realistic, deeper, innovative, much more rewarding and challenging, requires skill and commitment to be good at it, its GREAT and I love it!
