VGW: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is one of those games that made people who didn’t have a Playstation 3 want one. I know that had I not already owned one, the reviews and gorgeous trailers that I had seen would’ve finally pushed me over the edge. After I played Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, which inspired my controversial, scathing review, I decided it was time that I finally saw what the hype and excitement was about. I placed my Uncharted 2: Among Thieves disc into my Playstation 3, not knowing if I would feel the same disgust towards this one as I did the first one. I’m happy to report that not only did I really enjoy Uncharted 2, but I am finally able to join the mainstream as someone who is excited about the upcoming release of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.

I think Uncharted 2 is a lot like AC2. Both games took the idea and basically improved it in every single way.
