The xbox and PS3 versions of Duke Nukem and Dungeon Siege 3 was cracked and released a few days before the PC versions so don't just think this is the pc version only.

Thats what the publishers want u to believe. That the pc is bad cos of piracy and the console is good and safe as there is zero piracy on them. Bullshit!
There's piracy on consoles too as they were released on torrents first.

back on topic, every game gets pirated, all 360 games do, and now ps3 too.....and wii, ds games are even worse

devs are never like, holy crap my game is on a torrent site, they expect it. Honestly, as weird as this sounds, if no one is pirating your game, that's a bad sign, none of the cheap ass pirates will risk a virus for your shitty game, you probably ain't gonna sell a lot of them.... ;)

I really enjoyed the demo and il grab this game for sure. Every game gets leaked now theres no way to stop it so just make it worth buying. I like th idea of adding good dlc or expansions for free with a new copy like alan wake had a free episode when bought new.

So before everyone jumps on the PC Pirate bandwagon I wanna make it clear that the 360 and PS3 versions of Dungeon Siege III are on "Torrent" sites as well so don't for one second think that Pirating is just some evil issue only on the PC.

The Nintendo Wii has made a ton of money even though all it's games are free! Although Pirating is bad it never stops a company from making a profit when they make a game of quality that utilizes the features of a system that the Gamers expect <Hint Hint>.

Dungeon Siege 3 is not worth pirating, renting, or buying but the The Witcher 2 is a MUST BUY!

I loved the ps3 demo. It was a breath of fresh air, outside of FPS. Can't wait to buy it. Sad it had already got jacked, I think they deserve the money.

Square enix has got really leaky and some of the reviewers who get early copies may be the culprits.All games gets leaked after a review copy is sent to reviewers early.Witcher 2 didn't give away free review copies,so it was not leaked.

i mean i know there are people who would have been looking for the pirate version anyway, but i bet there are a few people who decided to download the pirate version after reading an article like this.
