Sierra Entertainment today confirmed that the Xbox 360 version of World in Conflict won't appear in stores this year. The game has been delayed to sometime in 2008. The PC version was released a few weeks ago and has managed to get an average review score of over 92%. GameSpot PC even consider World in Conflict as the best game of the year up to now. A specific reason for the delay has not been given.
"Sierra Entertainment confirmed today that the Xbox 360 edition of World in Conflict, the award-winning action-strategy game developed by Massive Entertainment, will now ship in 2008. The game's original ship date was targeted for Fall 2007."
