Drop a bomb to the multiplayer gameplay featured in this GDC 2011 trailer.
Jack writes: "Back in March 2011, the first-person action shooter Homefront arrived on the Xbox 360 from THQ, along with a storm of publicity which included a really cool live-action trailer"
Last week game dev Steve Thornton took to Twitter to ask: fellow devs, have you ever slipped something into a game you're working on that's just for you? The replies are well worth a read.
Deep Silver and Humble Bundle are currently offering the first Homefront game for free. This offer will last for the next 48 hours, so be sure to visit its Humble Bundle page in order to acquire your free copy.
get it! the single player is excellent and intense and the MP is pretty fun, too.
Ehh, PS4 needs these deals too, or consoles in general we always get discounts rarely free stuff that's REALLY free (games with gold / psplus isn't free)
wow Looks Like Shit.
I think I will give this game a chance. It's a new IP and it will need support, and the gameplay seems to take me back to BF2 somewhat.
Pre Ordered this game a while back now, Very much looking forward to this, Some of the comments on N4G about Homefront are very unfair, I just hope with everything that multiplayer features that they can get the balance perfect, That's my only concern.
multiplayer looks chaotic and fun, tons of gadgets and vehicles
singleplayer storyline is written by the guy who wrote red dawn and apocalypse now, and the devs said their inspiration for singleplayer was half life 2
I'll give it a shot
they are trying to make the game 60 fps i think. thats why the dropped the graphics.with 256 mb of ram, its hard to get 60 fps even when running a calculator.
