You guys do realize Sony can't render the hacked ps3s useless right?
Only thing they can do is ban either the console or account from accesing PSN and playing games online.
Also, if Sony did implement a rootkit in the latest update it would only effect the hacked ps3 that actually updated to 3.56.
As of right now my ps3 is still on 3.55 with my emulators and homebrew still running, not to mention I can still get on PSN and im playing the killzone 3 beta as I write this.
