After a decent showing in last week’s Wild Card games (going 2/4 with scores being relatively close), Madden NFL 11 is back to tell us the future of the enormous games that are happening this weekend. This week really has it all; big rivalries, unlikely match-ups and a team that most said didn’t belong in the playoffs, one week removed from knocking out the defending champs. We have four more huge games coming our way on Saturday and Sunday, so let’s take a look at what the only NFL simulation game in town has to say about those games.
The Madden 18 update rolled out as scheduled today, even if hurricane Irma was on the path! EA Tiburon just released it early. Full details.

"The last time we got an EA Sports PGA Tour game, it was March of 2013, and it was the final title to bear Tiger Woods’ name and likeness, as well as the last to be featured on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. EA Tiburon would then proceed to take a year’s hiatus before coming back with the newest PGA Tour video game, this time bearing name and likeness of the newest #1 golfer in the world, Scotland’s Rory McIlroy.
EA Tiburon also decided to forgo the IGNITE engine used for its sports titles, instead opting for DICE’s Frostbite 3 engine, in order to offer no loading time by preloading the course as the game progress, offering seamless play between holes. With all these promises abound, is EA Sports Rory McIlroy PGA Tour the game golf fans have been waiting for?" - Clinton Bowman, The Outerhaven

"This game looks nothing short of amazing" are you kidding me. I've not seen this much Alaising in a next gen game to date, the course is a jag fest. Trees & grass are shimmering with Alaising, it looks terrible.
