AnalogHype: "What's up, Hypers? We're back from our Thanksgiving break to bring you guys another episode of Underground Hype. I hope you guys made room after your gluttonous holiday feasts because we're here to bring you the desert in audio form. In Episode 35, we have a lot of fun as Keem, Baron, Krome, Khalid, Terence, and Tweazzy sit around to talk about the games industry like no other cast can, including an interview with THQ's Daniel Isaac about Darksiders. Here's the run down on the topics we talked about:
* We discuss the possibility of a Mirror's Edge 2 sequel, thanks to hints by John Riccitiello.
* Quentyn talks to Daniel Isaac about THQ and Vigil's upcoming Darksiders
* We discuss cheaters! (and not the show)
* Krome is called out as being the fanboy of all fanboys. Is Mr. Thanksgiving ready to give up his self-proclaimed "Ultimate Gamer" crown?
Plus a ton more so, as usual, make sure you press that play button with the utmost haste, and prepare to be blown away. For those of you that just want to check out the Darksiders interview, we'll be putting out a text transcript of it at the end of this week, and you can find a separate download file at the end of those post. Thanks for listening!"
Backward compatibility works for many games on newer consoles, but titles such as The Simpsons: Hit and Run have been left out.
From base building to swinging willies, here are the best survival games around, which include a couple of less than obvious picks.
It turns out that many moons ago, Microsoft once had its eye on the Sony published LittleBigPlanet series.
Microsoft in a nutshell. Always tried to poach Sony employees, games, 3rd party games and devices like the depth camera that was turned into Kinect but was running on PS2 before Xbox 360. Wouldn't be surprised they wanted LBP. Just like they worked behind the scenes pushing the MLB to bring Sony's baseball game to Xbox instead of making their own.

They didn't spend years trying to develop their own baseball game. They wanted Sony's game.
They're scum.
"However, Healey said Media Molecule wouldn't have felt right doing that, adding it would have been "morally corrupt"."
Major kudos to Media Molecule for being an upright studio with principles.
Great, more stories like this please. Show the last of the zombies holding the line what we've been saying for years: Microsoft is anti competition, anti industry and has no interest in making games at all.
But hey, at least there's an Xbox Games Showcase to look forward to, right?
Well considering SONY just killed the series, LBP would've been dead by now either way. Though MM probably wouldn't exist by now either, so I'm glad they stayed with SONY, hopefully they don't get shut down any time soon or ever honestly.
It's worse in Real Life.........(Only if you caught) :)
better caught and punished on 360, but prevalent on both consoles.
is full of cheaters and so is the ps3..neither is worse than the other!
they should all be banned
alot is going on in mw2 online
I'm just so good at games people swear I'm always cheating. Doesn't matter what system I'm on.
