I agree. Although the fact that it's small in size is kind of appealing, I wouldn't cough up the money being asked. I'd rather stick with my PSP 3000 and collect UMD's, thank you very much.

You only need to purchase it on the PSN, you can play it on your 3000.

Just got it retail. having a disc is worth more to me than a free car. its actually ok. very smooth. But the lack of a career is a bit of a downer. wonder if they can patch it in.... ;)

Totally unnecessary? Or has Sony/PD done something I don't know about, because I'm pretty happy with what GT Mobile (and to a lesser extent, the Go) is shaping up to be so far.

Anyways, looks like my PSP will be getting A LOT of use soon. Props to PD for managing something this ambitious on a handheld.

They are releasing a GT PSP Bundle for PSP 3000 October 20th. Also, many consumers may end up buying 3000s instead of Go's so this will leave them in a weird place as well.
