First pictures from the set of Hitman film

Here are two pictures showing how Agent 37 will look on the big screen when being played by actor Timothy Olyphant, who is best known as Sheriff Seth Bullock on the TV series Deadwood.

Unlike the TV show here Olyphant is minus his moustache, and in fact any other hair, in keeping with the bald look of the main character in the games.

Of the pictures, Destructoid say that, "he is not only significantly happier looking than he should be, but also quite a bit younger than you'd expect."

i think they should have got an actor just a little bit older

Observer6206d ago

this looks crappy !

Let's hope that make-up folks will make the guy look older ( ie : Brad Pitt in Babel ).

Ban Me6206d ago

Haha, he does indeed look to happy and young! Like he's borrowed his Dad's suit for a school dance or something.

Skizelli6206d ago

He is a little young for the part, but if anyone has seen Deadwood, he's a great actor. Those pictures are obviously taken on set, so nobody can say he won't be emotionless in the film. I'm willing to give it a chance, but with the track record game to movie adaptions have, I'm not holding my breath.

Jason Statham looks much more serious than this guy. Jason should be Hitman Agent 47, just look at his movies and you will see what I am talking about. I am a bit skeptical about this guy, seems a bit too happy to play Agent 47. Hollywood made the same mistake with George Clooney as Batman in "Batman and Robin" which is the worst Batman movie ever created. Watch this great action scene from Transporter 2 and look at the pictures.

I would love it if they rereleased Blood Money as DLC with upgraded visuals and with the modern controls.
