And its a gaming system none the less. It still does the same thing a ps3 does, it plays video games. I agree with comment #3. Get a Ps3 Slim instead and stick with the old PSP.

1.)You can get an iphone for $99 2.)An iphone is a phone first.....a psp is a gaming platform first, and a ps3 s a gaming platform first...so you can't really use that comparison.

With that said, I would love to get one of these because of the size. If Sony gives a good option to replacing my UMDs I am definitely in...

I think they're competing with the iPod touch in terms of value. A 16GB iPod touch is $300, so $250 probably seems like a much better value for what you're getting.

Did you really say the iPhone is $99? No its not. You are signing a two year contract with AT&T to go along with that price. If you wanted an iPhone with no commitment it would cost you closer to $400-600. Apple will never price the iPhones cheaper than the iPod Touch. Did you ever think about that?

Did you ever think that if I am going to buy an iphone that I am going to use it as a phone......and therefore being locked into a contract does not bother me. So therefore you can get an iphone for $99, actually $50 right now for the refurbished model. Calm on now...clearly you didn't think your response through. I have been with current cellphone provider for over 4 years, and don't have a commitment phobia...so 2 years is nothing. But even before that, why do you think apple would not make make the iphone cheaper than the ipod touch?

i already preordered my PSP go. But my Question is will they allow previous PSP owners to switch their UMDs to Digital downloads.I have at least 15 of them and its pretty ridiculous that i used to carry all of them around to play them.

Reason im switching from a regular PSP to the PSP go is because:

-extra portability
-I dont want to carry my UMDs all the Time
-my PSP-1000 broke, so its time to move on.
