I've been playing the Beta at by buddies and its tons of fun. We've been trying to become the "1" and its hard but we did get in the mob 3-4 times. I would love to win all those Microsoft points. I'll spend it on Perfect Dark XBLA, Shadow Complex, Ballad of Tony Gay, and Raskulls.

Anyone else actually trying to win? It takes a good bit of time ad tries but its very possible.

I played the US Beta a few weeks back, it was a lot of fun. I also witnessed the first person to win 10,000 Microsoft Points! It was awesome, I think the questions were a little easy for her. When I was in the mob, I won an Arcade game and 160 Microsoft Points because The One lost. If The One gets up to a certain amount of Microsoft Points and loses, it is split between the remaining Mob members. The arcade game that I won was Interpol, it's kinda good. I wonder who the Live host will be in the UK, I doubt it will be that Chris Cashman guy, if that's his name. Maybe we won't have a live host at all.

I like the beta. I think it is cool that you are actually playing with more than 100 people. I am in the mob every time and when each question is answered and they tally those who did or did not get it right, it generally shows something between 25k and 30k+ players. You will see yourself in the mob no matter where you are.

The first time it ran I was unable to get in. Now there are so many people playing that I think they decided to not lock out the number of players to just 101 exactly. Unless there are other sessions (like instances of home) running on other servers.

I get in every time and have fun with it too.

Its based on how well you perform while you're in the crowd.

I would think that if you were just in the crowd, you wouldnt be able to earn any point but simply spectate.

When I play, I see my avatar right up there with others in the mob and I can make my guy clap his hands and whatnot like others around me. I even see myself playing against other players on my screen. I see their answers along with mine. Is that part of the mob, crowd or both???

It was at my 360 friends house. I thought it was okay. Its funny to see real commercials play during a break. The questions were serious business though.

The avatars make me mad though. To me they are so ugly and generic looking, I really cant stand them but they did make me laugh with some of the dancing they were doing when you got questions right.

its cool too that they had a schedule for 1 vs 100. Will it stay the same or will it be on all the time after the beta? I think the scheduling will keep people tuned in like a television program.
All in all its not really special i dont get the excitement for it unless you are rosie perez from white men cant jump.
