Gaming Dead: "If you haven't heard of Edge of Twilight yet, here's the skinny: The game came virtually out of nowhere this past E3, and quickly made a strong case for its inclusion in my must-buy games list with an awesome pair of trailers.
Being unable to find any interviews or information on the game released later than 2008, I contacted Fuzzyeyes myself and demanded (begged) they answer all my questions. Fortunately Wei-Yao Lu, the studio's Managing Director and all-around swell guy, obliged."
After a prolonged development cycle, Edge of Twilight: Return to Glory ultimately falls short due to a lack of polish, not enough to write it off entirely. #edgeoftwilight #fuzzyeyes
Josh Griffiths writes: "It’s still amazing that a crowdfunding campaign sprouted out of nowhere for a game nearly a decade old. It was only in May 2016 that Edge of Twilight made a triumphant return on Indiegogo. Its developer, Fuzzyeyes, needed funding to finally bring the game out of developmental hell and release it into the world. Unfortunately for them, nobody seemed to care."
Indiegogo is one of the first crowdfudning sites, and the Angry Video Game Nerd seemed poised to make the site a dominant force. So what happened?
It's ludicrous to say Indiegogo is on a decline. You have to have had a rise first before you can have a fall.
