Rumor: Character model from Kid Icarus leaked

The latest rumor surrounding Kid Icarus is that the character model from the game has been leaked.

Fake imo, Kid Icarus has probably been modelled by 3D artists hundreds and hundreds of times, this is probably one made by a Kid Icarus fan.

Hey the bad looking character aside. Isnt anyone liking how good the detail on this guy is? and who says this is pit? they just said a character from kid icarus. But yeah this is looking good, not the look itself but the detail and graphics, im liking it, Although i dont like the look its fine, i wouldnt mind much seeing it in the final product as long as its not pit.

Many people unaware of pits history, mistake him for Icarus of Greek mythology because his game was titled Kid Icarus in the US. In Japan it was titled The Mirror of Palutena. Pit is loosely based off of Cupid's appearance in his first game and Gameboy sequel. Pit is not Icarus, he is the leader of Palutena's army, making him more closely related to Michael the War Angel of Christian Faith (Gunpei Yokoi his creator was christian) than Icarus. So Pits only ties with Icarus is the fact that he couldn't fly at first, cause he was a child Angel, (now a teen), and the Title of his game.

the wii in my eyes is rubbish , and the reason i say that is because nintendo doesnt care about the core gamers or hardcore gamers .

im not using the '' if youre not with us, youre against us'' logic but nintendo is all about the casual gamers which is fine , but they ignore the people got them to be thriving for years on selling a few games and a broken online system . when reggie was ask' where are the games for the hardcore ' he replied ' we have animal crossing. the guy doing the interview should have hit reggie over the head with a chair for saying that stupid line.

nintendo was once my fav game company until the wii, i remember waiting months and years for a good game and there were just a few handful that were worth getting . i remember when i purchased games because of how pretty the picture and graphics on the back of the game looked.

nintendo is all about the casual gamers and thats fine, but i wont support them. fc.k metroid, crusin, mario, kid iccarus, donkey kong and the rest. the worst games on xbox and ps3 are often times better than the best games on the wii. super smash brothers and mario go cart is crap too because the online on my psp is better than the online on the wii.

the wii 2 will not be as powerful as a ps3, but i guarantee that the wii 2 will never sell like the wii 1. microsoft and ps3 saw the success the wii had with casual gamers and im certain what ever next gen system is released, it will have a motion control available or a break apart motion control .

im happy for nintendo though, lets see them try to enter the gaming market again with a weak hardware and gimmicky controls and see if sony or whoever else wont be a better competitor with better technology and hardware .

wii motion plus is for suckers also because it should have been in the controllers anyway. nintendo, you will slip in the next gen race and ill be there with my milligram smile.

Anywhows, Some people don't even know kid icarus, and as long the game works out well i see no reason why this is a bad model( yeah ok its not of the finest quality but the looks of it as whole arent really that horrible)

I dont know a single person who isnt happy about WiiMotionPlus.. it will not only be sweet to use, but it will also force developers to implement better controls into their games.

I've loved Pit since I first played his NES game back in 89' (I got it late) so I feel the Brawl Pit matches the feel of youthful innocence that his game conveys, where this one, while not horrible, is generic. Heck part of the reason my Gamertag is Angel Winged Brawler is cause of Pit. I like his look and voice on Brawl. He's an Angel, who say he has to age? this one is more like if Hayabusa fused with Navi the fairy with Patora earrings. more serious and generic, less youthful, innocent, and dare I say it: Cute!

Don't judge me. Pit is a Cutesy character as is Mario, Yoshi, and most of their earlier characters, he's suppose to be cute, so kids can be like "Mommy I want that game with the Angel."

It just says its a model from the game, meaning it could be ANY character in that game. Maybe its his dad.

my opinion is that this is a well done model. But nothing close to a concept from something that Nintendo would ever make.

It is fake. Is a good model concept. It just doesn't match Nintendo's style.

I would say this look more like something out of the Tecmo team that made Rygar for the PS2.

Who ever did this should keep it up! Is a good work, but keep it to yourself.
Because right now I can "back-engineer" your conceptualizing style and use it for what I see fit.
