With path-traced diffuse lighting and reflections even the mighty RTX 4090 can't hit 60 FPS at 4K without frame generation.
Not having the game on Steam really hurt the game. Remember knew what they were doing when they agreed for Epic to publish the game.
Honestly I can't feel too bad for them. They should of went with a different publishing arm.
