LOVED this game. These are the types of games that I (personally) believe were made for V.R. before they even knew they were creating the perfect genre for VR. I would LOVE to be able to walk around a scene (potentially room scale) and pick things up/combine objects/etc. To be IN a Monkey Island Game, Maniac Mansion, or this one. Also any number of the Sierra adventure games (King's Quest, Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry 🫢, etc.) would be perfect for VR. Heck, even if the games weren't room scale, but looked/played the same BUT the headset made it look like you were seeing the game world as a real 3D world but from the same view as the originals... Any of these options would be *amazing*. VR is being underutilized and could provide an incomparable experience for exactly these types of games. They are the types of things that gamers/people of almost any age can jump into and enjoy with few exceptions (nearly no issues with relfexes/learning controls/etc.). They are games that are thought about when not playing because of a desire to go back to that world. Glad someone is talking about Fate of Atlantis.

What if Microsoft did a remake of Fate of Atlantis on Series X/S consoles? And could that be the Indiana Jones exclusive for Xbox?

Top 5 Movie to Video Game Adaptations

The Gamer Studio: "If any medium should be able to translate well into video games, it's movies. Ripe for action and suspense, the same qualities that make a movie legendary are the ones that make a video game memorable. It's a cliché that movie games haven't faired well and instead of harping on the ugly ones, The Gamer Studio wants to celebrate the good.

The games in this list may not find themselves winning numerous awards but they've stood their ground in the fight against inadequacy. Let future movie games take note that there is hope."

Gamervision: Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis Review

Gamervision writes:
Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis takes place in 1939, and has Indiana searching for the legendary island with the help of archaeologist-turned-psychic (and love interest) Sophia Hapgood. Of course, the Nazis are also looking for Atlantis so that they can harness its power to win World War II. The search takes Indy all over the world, although the exact path he follows is determined by his actions earlier in the game. Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis has three different directions the player can take: Wits, Fists, and Team. In the Wits path, there is a heavy focus on strategy and puzzle-solving, while the Fists path has Indy mostly fighting his way to Atlantis.
