New Super Mario Bros. U is getting a new chance at success on the Nintendo Switch with the slightly-altered title New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe.

So basically the only games worth playing so far on switch are wii u games. And I know most people are gonna tell me that most people did not have a wii u, but I m not one of them and I already played supermario bros u, mariokart8, supersmash brother u. Donkey Kong tropical freeze....
2 years on the market, I want something new.
Something fresh and I know nintendo can deliver. I wished virtual console with n64, gamecube games will come but nothing so far.
At least I have warframe to make me feel like I have something to play until metroid 4 comes around.

I'm with you on that pickmin 3 is a must and I also enjoyed starfox to. I kind of hope Nintendo keep giving us 2 to 4 wiiu games a year and then 4 or more new games to.
Still want to see them bring more new ips to esp for the online mode I mean look at the last one in splatoon that has been a hit for both splatton and splatoon 2. If people want to keep going over this argument how many remasters has the ps4 had?

you can't call BOTW a Wii U game. It was a dual release, like TP was on the Gamecube and Wii. It's not a port as it was being designed at the same time. Mario Odyssey is not a port, Mario + Rabbids is not a port, Octopath is not a port, ARMS, Splatoon 2, Mario Tennis, etc. All not ports.

Smash Brothers is not a port, only a fool would think that.

2D Mario is a absolute beast when it comes to sales. Mario Mkaer they may as well Mae a sequel that improves, considering they're going to have to revamp the creation aspect for Switch controls anyways . . . Since it lacks the touch screen.

EDIT: To clarify, I would rather have the two games you mentioned, but it makes sense why they chose this title.

I feel like you're probably trolling, but for sake of argument I will point out that, outside of the series you listed, Nintendo produces Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, Metroid, Star Fox, Donkey Kong, Kirby, etc, so they are capable of making more than 4 games.
