Today we’re happy to reveal November’s Monthly Games for PlayStation Plus. Take on savage foes with traditional weapons and supernatural abilities in Nioh 2, cast spells and solve puzzles in Lego Harry Potter Collection and take to the stars for physics sim Heavenly Bodies.
These titles can be enjoyed by PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra and Premium members from Tuesday November 1. The PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Game Catalog lineup for October will be announced later this month.
No benefit for me this month though I'll put Nioh 2 in my library & try it out one day whenever I'm done with my backlog of older & recent 2022 games including the new upcoming games releasing throughout the rest of this year.
Very pleased to see Nioh 2 there. Awesome game and a great length, as I understand it.
Not aware of Heavenly Bodies (sounds interesting and co-op), but even without it this is a solid month for me!
NOO....I've platinum the LEGO HP games both on PS3 and PS4 haha...I just love it very much but can't complain about Nioh 2 although I haven't even started the first one also from PS+. PS+ is on a roll and will definitely demolish the offering of GWG next month too for sure. that service stinks and it's really a wonder why xbox gamers are not retaliating!
From VGC: "November 2022’s free PlayStation Plus Essential games have been revealed by their usual leaker.
Dealabs user billbil-kun, who has been accurately leaking the PS Plus line-ups almost every month since September 2021, has revealed what they claim to be the new titles coming to the service in September.
The new batch of games reportedly includes Nioh 2 and Lego Harry Potter Collection."
I remember when the first Nioh game was included in PS Plus (now known as PS Plus Essential) and had absolute blast with it for solid 50+ hours.
It was a refreshing take on the Souls genre (...) and Nioh 2 seems to improve on that. Nioh 2 alone makes this a very good month, and after the last 2 mediocre ones, it's about time.
Can't comment on Lego Harry Potter and Heavenly Bodies since i have limited knowledge about those two.
If this is true then it is a good month. I didn't complete the first Neo but let's see if I can get further in the second game.
Quidditch World Cup above the EA Harry Potter series? Are you clowning me, Peeves? That game held up about as well as Nagini did to Neville Longbottom's sword slash in the finale to the series, for me at least. If I had to put it on a certain page, it would be page three-hundred and ninety-four. I would rank it pretty low. So low, in fact, that you could probably gather some gillyweed from it.
The EA Harry Potter series, on the other hand, has held up remarkably well, like the invisibility cloak left to Harry by his father. I haven't played all of them in recent years , but I've played enough to see that those games are about as well done as "p-p-p-poor st-st-stuttering P-professor Quirrel's" performance at Hogwarts.
