3 features Home really needs

no, actually they're pretty good feature. If you're in the Beta you'd know this.

1 -You can't boot PSN games up without a process and it shouldn't be that way.
2 - Being able to get on the internet inside home would be a fantastic addition. What is wrong with you?
3 - Yes, this is a bit far fetched and that is why I noted it as such in the write up.

These are all great ideas many people activly in home have shown interest in.

I just thought of this. What if you could use PS3 Home to buy and sell stuff? Not just games, but clothes or toasters or whatever. Think about it. On ebay, you just see a page of what's for sale, how much it's going for at the moment, etc. Kinda Boring. What is you could walk into a virtual store and interact with the seller , talk to him/her and find out about the product straigh from their mouth? Home can have it's own "real" market place. You could visit virtual booths and see pictures of what's being sold. You could possibly talk you the seller via bluetooth headset and ask that person all the questions you want right then and there instead of sending emails and waiting days for replies. Maybe you can see a demo video of said product. Mom and Pop outlets and major retailers could use Home to sell their stuff. Sony can get together with online buyer/seller companies like Paypal so that both parties (buyer and seller) can be protected from con jobs. Like ebay, Sony can charge sellers a percantage of the money they recieve and use it for things like games, software/hardware updates, buying rights to movie/music/T.V. shows to download on PSN, building a better network,ect. Sony can also have a buyer/seller rating just like ebay to show everyone if their good or bad to deal with. I know there still will be ways to cheat people and whatever but it's the same risks you take when dealing with ebay. Through Home, there can be better communication between the two parties (plus it just seems a lot cooler than just looking at a webpage). With Home, there is so much potential to do incredible things, I think this would be pretty cool. Just food for thought. What do you all think?

I don't disagree with the article. I think we should always look at ways that certain things can improve.

However, these types of articles always feel a bit one-sided. I rarely see a "3 ways Xbox Live could improve" or "The Top 5 things we want in the new NXE update". Maybe I'm ignorant or maybe I conveniently miss those articles every time they are posted, but from my perspective it seems a bit one-sided. Why does PSN get the rack while XBox Live (which is certainly not free of major issues) is automatically "TEH BEST ONLINE SURVICE EVAARRR!!!"?

Less of these garabage articles and those that are just sensationalized articles for arguments and more quality articles.
The author who wrote this does not have his/her feet planted on the ground. Home is so lacking in more basic items than this pie in the sky junk which is being written about

After playing the Home Beta, i'd have to agree a little with the O.P. It would be fun to have a little more going on.. like paintball or something mischievous. Also, SONY should look into doing seasonal events like halloween and xmas, kinda like what WOW does. Make things a little more interesting and fun. I can see people getting bored of home quick the way it is now. Add a mini go-kart area and some experimental MMO type interaction games. Bowling and pool is going to be boring after a while.

anyway Home is evolves much like the PS3, a year ago's PS3 is totallyyy and I mean totallyy different to today's PS3.

a year from home's release date it will have evolved to something very special according to the demands of the community, that's just how it works.

Not true, man. That was an objective write up and it looked, as always, at both sides of the coin. I even say in it that the xbox 360 is the better gaming machine... That's being biased towards Microsoft?

Please, I posted that cause I felt it was a good way to get people talking about how meaningless the pro site reviews are and how important their own opinions are.

I'm sorry everyone took it as me bashing Microsoft or favoring the Ps3. That is never my intention between the xbox 360 and the Ps3.
