A new developer blog from GIANTS has been released, detailing the new crops and weed growth system that has been implemented in Farming Simulator 19. Scholarly Gamers' Reuben Joosse provides additional background and some pieces of information that weren't included in the blog.

Due to Giants taking a year off from the annual Farming Simulator release to prep for the new generation, Farming Simulator 19 is getting a hefty expansion to tide players over. With a new beautiful landscape and tons of new equipment, it will be exciting for fans of the original title, but it still comes with the same issues as the original release.
