I felt like moving furniture when they anounced T6 was going to 360 as well. Sometimes things should not change for good reasons. Felt the same way about FF13. DMC4 etc.

Make your own new franchises when launching your own console. Biting 70% of the competitions sh!t just makes your console look like a clone thats got degrading cells and will only live for a short period of time.(Even Halo was stole from apple ...)

Didn't they say its a "Japanese GeOW" ? So, it basically targets that game somewhat. If so, I doubt it'll come to the 360 and that might be the reason it'll be exclusive on the PS3. Look at image 11/12. Its hard to see but clearly there is an aiming reticle on the left chest of the enemy when looking straight into the image. So, quite likely, those could be in-game trailers, but just without a hud of any sort, in that specific build of the game.

are you a tard? almost all CGI has aliasing of some sort. When you prerender stuff, you put everything you can into making the game look good. They'd probably put between 4 and 10 times as many AA passes on a CGI film than you'll ever see in a game.

That said, the game is not that graphically impressive. I can quite literally count the polys on the main character and the environment. It's just like SoTC, it's got good design, but it's not graphically impressive.

Good art can be made without good graphics, but that doesn't mean good art is the same as good graphics.

Sorry but, the Halo 3 announcement WAS CG... as far as people improperly use the term CG these days. It was not in game or close to final product. What it did use, as they claim, was "ingame assets." This could be models, or even just simply designs. The video was using a level of resolution, Anti-aliasing, and texture detail not found in the final game, running at a perfect framerate with particles that just aren't happening on today's systems. I'm sorry, it's just fact. Not bashing on Bungie, since this is common practice, but don't swallow the BS.

Epic is also notorious for "bullshots." Shots at insanely huge resolution, with way more AA than is possible. This seems to be par for the course for many devs these days, but I don't really condone it.

It's something I wish devs would quit doing, but it's been happening since before the PS2 days (KH2 had some really obvious comparison bullshots over on IGN) and it still irks me.

I'll start with heroes.
I didn't see the character as racist or a stereotype, I saw him as a cool new character with a cool new power. I never stopped and said, "oh look, a new black guy, whats his super power? oh damn thats racist. " Color of skin is the last thing that came in to mind. If its the first thing that comes for you, and you make that connection, well then that kind of makes you the racist.

hey POG, are you using those links to the games images to support your point that QT is average? cause if that's the case I think you're only helping it look great cause it's screen shots you posted actually look way better and more interesting than the comparables you used for GeoWII and Saints Row... and it's a game coming out late next year too.

-Playstation Home is amazing and it does look a lot better then XBL by a country mile.
Essentially New XBL Experience is basically the same as the old dash board but w/ newer features and some avatars you can't even interact w/ when you meet other people.
I don't have anything against XBL but the fact that you can both play games, look at your trophies, and meet new people by using an application to move your avatar around a 3D world and meet w/ people and join your home space and play games together.

-360's are selling more then the PS3 at the moment but looking into this holiday season w/ both games and Blu-ray movies and services coming PS3 has the upper hand.
Once you enter next year PS3 can continue that momentum w/ games every month while 360 only has a some hits every few months.

-If EA does make a console they can beat both Sony & Microsoft.
Why?
EA has a monopoly on sport's games, has big hit titles under their belt like Dead Space, Spore, Mirror's Edge, Crysis, etc.
Given the monopoly on sport's games EA has the advantage cuz in order to get sport's games you would need to get their console only or some of these titles published by their firm.
Sony & Microsoft & Nintendo will all have to team up in order to take on EA and their console.
If Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo do join forces to make a console I wonder what they would call it.

-I've never been a fan of sport's games myself but if I have to pick a title that looks the most realistic it would have to be NBA 2K9 for the physics in the gameplay and the graphics on the players and courts.

I just do not believe that the QUANTUM THEORY footage was in game, I just don't fall for that BS anymore, if you disagree with me then you are deluded, Killzone 2 IMO has decreased miles in detail from what we saw from the original target footage, don't you think MGS would have looked as good as that if it were possible on the PS3, I mean QUANTUM THEORY looks way better that the original Resistance 2 footage and now we know from the latest videos that as good as R2 looks it is still nowhere near up to what we 1st thought it was going to look like. I like the Xbox-360 and the PS3 but I concentrate more on what the games offer gameplay wise and how they inovate than how good the graphics are e.g. LBP clearly deserves all it's praise, I think while both the PS3 ans Xbox-360 keep improving we are not going to see the big QUANTUM LEAP (pardon the pun) that people are expecting, I mean we do this every generation but we are always brought back down to earth.
