There are plenty of ideas about what could be expected in the rumored Nintendo Direct, but now Nintendo has thrown a curveball with the filing of a trademark for one of their franchises that debuted on the N64.
"Pokémon Stadium, Mario Party, Pilotwings 64, 1080° Snowboarding, Excitebike 64, & more will be gradually added to the Nintendo 64 library on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack. Stay tuned for more details in the future! "
And for Japan, they're also getting Harvest Moon 64.
Great additions all around, especially the shock of the year with GoldenEye finally seeing the light of day for the time since 1997. Mario Party 1-2-3 still get played in my house with the original carts and system, but this will make it much more convenient for hangouts.

Wave Race 64, Turok, and Majora's Mask are probably my favorite games on the console.

Still it seems that Nintendo has a fond spot for the series as it's recently trademarked the name "1080° Ten Eighty"."
At the time 1080 was a great game and is still a great game to play I use to play the hell out of the game. I am glad to see Nintendo taking interest in this title and I can't wait to play it.
I'm excited but slightly hesitant after previous trademark bust. Would be great to see this, Wave Race, and Pilotwings back on the Switch.
Oh yeah, had to refresh my memory. I never played cool boarders but I did loved snowboard kids. For some reason I remembered it as cool boarders my bad.

A dope snowboarding game would be great for long and short sessions. I’d definitely be down. It’s been generations since I’ve played a snowboarding game.
