Final Fantasy XV Huge Planned Updates Revealed, Adjusting Chapter 13, Avatar System And More

I knew about new game plus being in a future update, but more party members and new cutscenes? I've never seen any game actually do that, although with FFXV it's very much warranted since the beginning expects you to have watched Kingsglaive and Brotherhood to know everything that's going on

Very cool. I like being able to create your own character. What I want most though is more outfits or customization in how you look.

Yep looking at the timer now 170:42: 50 and counting although to be fair at least 50 of those hours are car driving ap farming and i misplaced the controller so i cant save the game to turn it off so its just sitting there racking up hours.

You want to know something. I watched Kingsglaive thinking it was going to be terrible going off a lot of the reviews but came away really liking it. Not amazing but for a video game tie in it's really well done. I honestly got to the end and was like

"I wish Nyx was the main character in FFXV"

Not amazing development for him in the film but if he was in the game as the main character this would have been perfect. The guy was great and I'm sure Aaron Paul would have done it

Square enix should never have cut out the kingslave content from the ff15 story to make a movie.

with kingslave ff15 would have gotten more praise of its story, they messed up

They pulled FFXIV 1.0 again, 10 years of development and still unfinished product, yeah i'll get the game when its finished with all packs edition on flash sales, i don't know how the avatar system will work but if i can play the whole game as female avatar instead sasuke and his boi band then i'm sold. i hope they use versus 13 combat and improve textures and magic system.

If your really comparing noctis to sasuke then you obviously have not played this game or have much of any knowledge of it. Its your choice if your gonna wait for a complete edition but why wait when not all the patches require you to buy more content? They are gambling this game way better then other companies handled their late games.

Noctis design not the personality, i'll just wait for complete edition with low price after they done from patching the game, this is not an online game so i won't miss anything ( Better late than sorry )

Have kids truly allow me to understand the value of games like Disney infinity and Lego dimensions , my daughter age 5 plays the hell out of them .

Im pretty sure they are putting in the cutscenes from at the part of where the movie wat at, that part of the cutscenes felt like a flash black/ compilation of some sort. But then again if you seen the movie before playing the game you'd understand alot...

One more thing they need to elaborate more on the avatar thing, highly interested in this, would be great for the coop part

My bad, I meant spoilers to follow under the SPOILers, don't worry. Its not much, at least, the game doesn't care about it and it won't lessen your experience at all. Why? Because those spoilers are so glossed over in the game they are unimportant and insignificant.

Well, looks like I won't be starting My playthrough for awhile. Good thing I got such a deal on the game or I'd return it and wait for all patches to be out. Hopefully by the time my backlog has been played this will be fully updated.

Well I just completed chapter 13 yesterday and let me tell you, I tried my best to go through that 2-3 hour area without pulling my hair out. This update better give the newer players an easier time going through that chapter because I def did not have fun there.

I have a feeling that the DLC square enix is offering was just content cut from the game during development so they can cash in by selling it as dlc.

Remember, business are there to make a profit. They are not there for your well being

I like Final Fantasy, but I have never seen one of their games involve so much running without even doing anything in the process. It looks boring as hell.

Improve load times.
Add option to wait for day/night time.
Adjust the screen size (doesn't seem to use the system wide setting (PS4)) so some of the HUD is off-screen,
Change text size. Some of the writing it way too small for me.
