Has Atlus actually censored their own game? A theory about Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE

After the fallout of the censorship of "Fire Emblem Fates" and the controversies that followed, one might wonder if Atlus actually censored their own game? (Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE). Well, this is my (Justin (Jay Shay) Easler, TGG) take on that matter.

Play-Asia is a small-time niche company. It's not on the SJW's radar at all. DOAX3 not coming to the West was Tecmo's decision as they weren't trying to invite negative PR.

At TGS 2016 awards Smash creator gave a speech & that speech goes to show Nintendo censoring their games so they can sell at a worldwide release. He doesn't say censor but in order to sell at a worldwide releases it has to be aimed at a lower casual crowd which they always do.

Atlus was known to censor their games since the Playstation Era like in Persona and the recent Shin Megami Tensei IV.

Not that I remember. Most of them were due to full blown nudity on demons, even though the ones with phallic heads were left intact and others were due to strange rules in Japan towards certain adaptations (Such as a certain "person" having a few changes in looks and name but not enough to prevent anyone knowing who was implied.) I do agree that Nintendo is having big hand in this time around.

- Ah, because I didn´t start to play their games before early 2000s. So I know very little about what their previous games were like in terms of censorship. Yes, and by the looks of it, everyone gets affected by their "localization policies" in the West...

I don't honestly care if it's Nintendo, Atlus, Sony, Microsoft, EA, Ubi, or anyone else doing it.
It needs to stop, because, if nothing else, it's bad publicity.
It won't stop me from getting games if the rest of the content outweighs what was changed, in importance, but I'll still be very unhappy about it.

The only time censorship is a good thing, is when someone's using censor bleeps, or other such covering sounds, in otherwise-normal videos at strategically-timed moments, for comedic purposes.
The Count from Sesame Street will never sound the same to me again...XD (and yes, I do believe a vid still exists of that.)

Why are you still on about this? Game released 2 months ago. Outside the wedding dress nothing is that big a deal. Game is fantastic and my personal GOTY so far. I swear the only people I see make such a fuss are people who never played it and never planned to. Just an easy target to attack Nintendo localization. Not even clicking the clickbait
